Serge REYNAUD was born on the 27th of December 1950 in Lyon (France). He went to school like everybody else and watched at the clouds behind the classroom window... and so time went by...

After that he went to University for a short time, and for an even shorter time he made an appearance as a teacher for national education, before he decided to take things seriously. He then stopped teaching and founded a marionette workshop ; there he explored all classical themes from opera to theater and fairy-tales.

In 1978 he met his intended wife Claudia MARCHESIN and while dreaming together they were reminded the same clouds they used to watch from behind the classroom window. To reach that dream, they resolutely decided to create flying machines like the first flying pioneers and dreamers. What can be more beautiful than dreaming of flying into the blue sky with a self-created machine.

At the present time Serge Reynaud and Claudia Marchesin work a great deal for collectors and galleries in European countries (e.g. Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Norway) and also in the USA.
For many years, Serge REYNAUD has been haunted by the relation between Art and Science. So he is now working at an artistic-scientific project titled "EOLIENNES", which is a research about the similitude between whirling and spiral movements, observed in nature (water, air, ...) and the living organisms geometrical energy building .
